Shipping & Delivery

When an order is placed on our website, we ship it from one of the warehouses we use, depending on where the delivery is. We use warehouses in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union and Hong Kong. If the delivery is in any of these regions, in most cases you will not be asked to pay anything for duties or taxes.
Please take into account that you are responsible for any costs for duties, taxes and other applicable costs or rules regarding importing products into your country. In case you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at info@goayo.com. We would love to hear from you and assist you!

Once ready, your AYO order will be carefully packaged and sent to the address you have provided us with. We ship with various postal carriers based on your country of destination.
For US or European orders, the usual delivery time is 2-5 business days, and for the rest of the world 3-10 business days, depending on the destination country.

It is possible in most cases, unless your order has been already labeled or shipped. If you would like to or need to change your delivery address, please contact us at info@goayo.com (including your order number and full name). We will take it from there!

All orders are shipped with a tracking code and the delivery is guaranteed. Once available, we will send you the tracking link to your email address . In case you do not receive it for some reason, please contact us at info@goayo.com and we will gladly assist you.
Warranty

AYO (Blue) comes with a 2-year warranty in Europe and a 1-year warranty in the rest of the world. AYO (Carbon Black) comes with 3-year warranty in Europe and a 2-year warranty in the rest of the world.

We are obsessed with quality and put utmost importance to provide a high-quality product. We put AYO through a rigid quality assurance process. In the very rare situations when the product you receive might be defective or malfunctioning, please email support@goayo.com with pictures of the product defect, so that we can take care of you! In most circumstances, we will exchange the defective item for a brand new one.
Note: if the defect was caused by improper use or care, it will not be considered a manufacturer defect, and we will not be able to replace your AYO or offer you a refund.
Returns

In case you change your mind and would like to receive a refund on your purchase, you can do so within 60 days from the day you received your complete order.

In order to claim a refund, first, you would need to inform our Support team at support@goayo.com about your intention to return the product within the respective time period. Then we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s). After that you can proceed with sending the product(s) back. Bear in mind that you take full liability in case the shipment gets lost on the way back to us.
Once received, the returns will be inspected upon arrival. The product must be returned with its original packaging and in good condition (as good as new). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and sent back to you within 5 business days. The refund will be equal to the full amount you have paid for your order. On rare occasions, if the unit is not received in re-sellable condition, we have the discretionary right to charge out-of-pocket expenses to refurbish it (up to 20% of the unit cost).
